Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5%

This oxidizing emulsion is tailored for blending with the following cosmetic products:

- Author's eyebrow tinting system «Smart Brow Tinting System»
- ÉLAN eyebrow gel tint
- Ultramarine eyebrow bleaching powder
- Carbon eyebrow bleaching powder

Expiration date: 24 months.
Period After Opening (PAO): 3 months.

STAGES OF EYEBROW TINTING

1) Preparation for the tinting procedure

Start by using ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE to degrease the hairs and skin before eyebrow tinting or shaping. Wipe away any residue with a water-moistened cotton pad.

2) Brow shaping

Shape the eyebrows using your preferred product.

3) Preparation of the tinting mixture

In a non-metallic container, mix the Smart Brow Tinting System (SBTS) or ÉLAN eyebrow gel tint with Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5% in a 1:1 ratio. To enhance and intensify the colours of the SBTS or to create a new shade, incorporate the Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster 2.0 as follows:

Eyebrow tint (49%) + oxidizing emulsion (49%) + booster concentrate (2%) = tinting mixture (100%)

4) Eyebrow tinting

Apply the tinting mixture to the eyebrows according to the desired shape. Leave the SBTS for 5-10 minutes and the ÉLAN eyebrow gel tint for 5-15 minutes, depending on the desired result. Remove the mixture with a water-moistened cotton pad. If the mixture exceeds the desired shape, use a cotton swab moistened with ÉLAN REMOVER to clean it up.

5) Completing the eyebrow tinting procedure

To set the results, apply ÉLAN COLOUR FIX to the eyebrows.

PRECAUTIONS

The brow tint and booster concentrate contain phenylenediamines, phenylenediamines (toluene diamines), and resorcinol.

Conduct an allergy test 48 hours before use: mix 2 drops of the tint with the oxidizing emulsion and apply to a small area of the inner elbow. If no redness, swelling, or irritation occurs, proceed with tinting.

For professional use only. Hair dyes can cause severe allergic reactions. Follow all instructions carefully. This product is not intended for use by individuals under 16. Temporary black henna tattoos may increase allergy risks.

Do not use the tint if you:

- have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp;
- have previously had a reaction to hair colouring;
- have had a reaction to a temporary black henna tattoo.

Use protective gloves. Avoid using metal objects with this product. Not for lash tinting. For external use only. Avoid eye contact. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water. Rinse thoroughly after application. Consult a dermatologist in case of an allergic reaction.

STAGES OF EYEBROW BLEACHING

Mix the Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5% from the ÉLAN professional line with carbon or ultramarine eyebrow bleaching powder in a 2:1 ratio (two parts emulsion to one part powder). Apply the mixture first to the thicker hairs, then spread evenly over the entire eyebrow. Leave the mixture on for 3-15 minutes, depending on the desired result and hair thickness. Remove the mixture with a water-moistened cotton pad once the desired shade is achieved. For a lighter shade, repeat the procedure.

Apply ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE to end the chemical reaction and remove the foam with a damp cotton pad. Apply COLOUR FIX, containing keratin and sunflower seed oil, to the eyebrows to set the results. If needed, tone or tint the eyebrows.

Important: after bleaching, do not follow with standard eyebrow tinting. If you use a 1:1 dye to oxidant ratio, the hairs will turn black.

Storage conditions: store in a dry place out of reach of children at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. Avoid direct sunlight.
